1.Shutdown/restart pc, and hit on the F8 key while computer is loading
2.Windows advance boot option will show up on a black window please select SafeMode with Networking
and hit on enter
3. Windows might ask you to select the OS if your using windows XP select windows XP
4.The following window will appear to show all components that are loading
5. user log in windows will appear and will ask you to select from the following user
usually its Admin and User, it is advisable to select Admin
If your going to safemode with networking due to an outlook or email client issue it would be best
to log-in to the User Account where the e-mail is set up
6.A window will alert you that your running on safe mode or on a special diagnostics click OK to preoceed
note that the desktop icon are bigger than the usual and the back ground will be all in black or blue
